Abstract

At present, China's pig industry is facing multiple disease, meat safety (Yaocan), and environmental pollution problems plagued. In this regard, the majority of researchers and farmers are trying to find countermeasures and a way out. Existing scientific experiments and practice has proved that the the microbial fermentation feed is one of the potential solutions. The core of the technology is to continue to supplement the highly active probiotic pigs, to rebuild or restore the ecological balance of pigs micro active disease, promote growth and reduce drug residues, improve the environment. This study was to verify the role of microbial fermentation feed and explore the effect of commercial pig production conditions, but also provide the basis to promote the use of alternative feeding trial observation feed Antibiotics on the performance of commercial pig production, diarrhea, meat quality and cost-effective affected. For this reason, the design of the two trials. Test to understand the performance of microbial fermentation feed on commercial pig production, the impact of the economic benefits. 96 weight 21.5 ± 0.5kg Sigma pigs were selected, divided into two treatment according to the randomized block design, each treatment repeated 8 (columns), each repeated six. Corn - soybean meal basal diet. Control group to add the feed antibiotics (chlortetracycline 75mg/kg) diet group; experimental group Add microbial fermentation feed group. The test results show that the experimental group compared to the control group, average daily gain of 4.67%. Daily gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio and other indicators did not show a significant difference (P gt; 0.05) Economic analysis, in the case of the same feed costs, fed microbial fermentation feed efficiency better than forage feed efficiency of conventional antibiotics. The second test the impact on the performance of commercial pig production and pork antibiotic residues in order to further validate the microbial fermentation feed design of the test. Basically the same to select the initial weight of Duroc × × long the ternary barrows 20, based on body weight were randomly divided into two treatment, 10 pigs per treatment, initial body weight of 24.5 ± 0.77kg. Trials using corn - soybean basal diet control group to add the feed antibiotics (chlortetracycline 75mg/kg) diet group, the experimental group for adding microbial fermentation diet group. Test the whole record intake and final body weight and daily observation of growing pigs during the trial diarrhea position and record. Slaughter after the end of the trial, the fresh pork samples for inspection. The results show that, compared with the control group, pig diets microbial fermentation feed, average daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio was no significant difference. Diarrhea test group was significantly reduced. Has been tested, oxytetracycline, chloramphenicol, sulfa antibiotics such as fresh pork was less than 0.1mg/kg, in line with EU standards. Thus, microbial fermentation feed applied to the non-antibiotic pork production is feasible alternative Antibiotics Antibiotics can completely replace the microbial fermentation of feed in the production of commodity hogs.
