Abstract

This paper studies the the Allelopathy of processing tomato plant residue decomposing root exudates. From germination index, growth indices, physiological indicators analysis of allelopathy processing tomatoes, even as obstacles in processing tomato to better understand the processing tomato of allelopathic reveal, to improve the processing tomato even as barriers to providing theoretical basis, and to provide technical support for the sustainable development of Tomato in competitive industries. Crushing processing tomato leaves, stems, roots for the material to study the impact of different concentration of decomposing and decomposing time processing tomato plant residue decomposition of liquid processing tomato seed germination. The results showed that different concentration of decomposing and decomposing time processing tomato leaves, stems, roots decomposed liquids processing tomato seed germination potential showed inhibitory effect, with the increase of the concentration of the decomposed liquids, germination energy were gradually reduce trend; little impact on processing tomato seed germination rate. Comprehensive view, the processing tomato plant residue decomposition of liquid in the concentration of decomposing 6:100 the decomposing time for four weeks, and its leaves and stems decomposed liquids hypocotyl growth has significantly inhibited, whereas in other concentration of decomposing and decomposing time to deal with its leaves, stems and roots decomposed liquids processing tomato hypocotyl growth showed stimulating effect; processing tomato leaves, stems and roots decomposing liquid processing tomato radicle growth performance inhibition, its leaf debris and stem debris decomposing solution at a concentration of 1:100 radicle growth inhibition weakest concentration of decomposing root residues 1:300, radicle Growth Inhibition of the weakest. 2 crushed decomposing processing tomato roots, stems, leaves, Materials Research on processing tomato allelopathy. Plant dry weight of: Pastoral soil heavy pot experiment for different proportions of 3:100,5:100 and 7:100. The results show that the processing tomato roots, stems, leaves decomposing allelochemicals processing tomato seedling growth, root activity, root SOD and CAT activity was inhibited, and deal with the increasing concentration of inhibition enhanced; MDA content of seedling roots, leaf relative conductivity promoted, and with the increase in concentration, promote the enhanced role. Overall, the strength of processing tomato plant residue decomposing growth inhibition of processing tomato seedlings: the root debris gt; stem debris gt; leaf debris. 3. Using hydroponic methods of processing tomato root exudates allelopathy research results show that processing tomato root exudates allelochemicals own seed germination potential and radicle growth, wet and dry weight of plants leaf photosynthesis and SOD activity was inhibited, and the inhibition increased with increasing concentration; leaf relative conductivity and seed hypocotyl growth promoting effect, and increases with the concentration promote enhanced role; own seed germination rate had no significant effect. The study results show that Overall, the the processing tomato roots, stems, leaves decomposing and root exudates allelochemicals processing tomato seed germination, seedling growth and physiological activity with varying degrees of toxic effects. Therefore, in the actual processing tomato production, reasonable crop rotation or intercropping, timely cleanup of fallen leaves, twigs, and root processing tomato field can be weakened or clear the processing tomato allelopathic AUTOTOXICITY to improve the processing tomato yield an active role in improving the continuous cropping obstacles.
