Abstract

Nitrogen fertilization on leaf photosynthetic characteristics and yield of winter wheat in different growth stages of formation has been a lot of meticulous research work, but more focused on the study of a particular position leaves of flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics and yield formation contributions. Due to differences in the distribution of leaf nitrogen content in different leaf nitrogen application are bound Different Position Leaves photosynthetic characteristic parameters, such as different leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence may be different, but so far this hypothesis is rarely reported. A field experiment, in order to answer these questions, the substance to improve the yield of winter wheat reveals appropriate nitrogen, determined to provide some basis for reasonable winter wheat nitrogen nutrition diagnosis leaf position at the same time. In this study, medium fertility soil pad dry Orthrosols the soil tested, Xiaoyan 22 instructions crops of Different Nitrogen Levels on Different Position Leaves of filling stage of winter wheat chlorophyll content (SPAD), photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics parameters (?) preliminary answers to these scientific hypothesis. By studying the following results: (1) Studies have shown that winter wheat in Different Position Leaves SPAD value relatively fixed vertical distribution characteristics, and not influenced by external nitrogen application. With increased nitrogen levels in the filling stage in Different Position Leaves the SPAD and photosynthetic rate difference decreases, the nitrogen rate increased, the lower leaves of the upper leaf nitrogen transfer to reduce the lower leaves is conducive to slow age-related. (2) Distribution Characteristics of Different Position Leaves SPAD and photosynthetic rate in the vertical direction of the plant: the flag leaf> second leaf> leaf was> fourth leaf. With raising the level of nitrogen fertilizer, wheat leaf photosynthetic rate showed a downward trend in the increase, nitrogen rate of 135 kg N / ha the highest photosynthetic rate. (3) wheat leaves in different parts of the SPAD value and photosynthetic rate correlation analysis showed that, addition to the fourth leaf correlation is not significant, the flag leaf, second leaf, third leaf SPAD value and photosynthetic rate has a significant correlation, illustrate the flag leaf , the second leaf and clover leaf SPAD value of the level of effective reflect wheat leaf photosynthesis, SPAD measured value can reflect the winter wheat crop nitrogen level. (4) Different Nitrogen Levels treatment the wheat chlorophyll fluorescence Fm and Fo basically performance: flag leaf leaf was and the same functional leaves under different ammonia level is not very different; study also showed that the difference between the values ??of the winter wheat leaf chlorophyll fluorescence is substantially independent of nitrogen application.
