Abstract


Quality Control squad activity, a kind of method of improvement of product quality, has been popularized for 30 years. And it has become one of the important and inevitable management measures after its introduction, trial and generalization.With the furious market competition and consumers’increasing requirements of the textile product, more and more textile companies concentrate on the enhancement of product quality and its competition strength. During the campaign, textile enterprises manage to put the human first, and invite all the workers and staff members to participate in the activity of quality management and quality improvement, and inspire their creativity and initiative. Taking the above-mentioned efforts not only can improve the product quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the quality of all the participants and make more profit, but also can double the enterprise competition strength.Based on the basic thought of overall quality management, this thesis explains the quality management theory and methods of quality improvement, and PDCA cycle and QC squad activity, and also presents the characteristics of quality management of textile enterprise and the practical meanings of quality improvement carried out through QC squad activity in the textile enterprise. The specific case of quality improvement in the weaving workshop of Henan Yubei textile company Ltd showcases the procedures of the quality control squad activity and therefore the quick improvement of product quality and enhancement of the quality management level.
