Tibetan Ombo is Tamaricaceae Myricaria genus Myricaria Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv. In the research work , first used in vitro method ombu chemical composition of the system pre-test , initially determined by the results it contains flavonoids , steroids , phenols , sugars , tannins , lactones , terpenes , amino acids , peptides, proteins , essential oils ; may contain alkaloids and anthraquinone , etc.; using organic solvent extraction, column chromatography , preparative TLC and recrystallization method , from which the six compounds isolated by physical and chemical properties , spectral analysis , mass spectrometry , and literature and other means of comparison with known samples identified six compounds, namely β- carotene , rutin , luteolin , β- sitosterol, ursolic acid, 3 - hydroxy - twenty-seven alcohol, which 3 - hydroxy - twenty-seven alcohol , rutin , luteolin , ursolic acid for the first four compounds were isolated from Ombo .
