Abstract


Primary breast angiosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor, incidence accounts for about 0.05% of all breast malignant tumor, and cases of bilateral primary breast angiosarcoma is more rare. Because of its biology characteristics were know is less, the case provides us with more information about the possibility of the disease. 39 in the case of successively in 2005 and 2005 female patients diagnosed breasts of primary breast angiosarcoma, and after surgery. Through the literature research found that the endothelial cells, vascular and fission and atypia is different from other features of breast tumor. CD31, CD34, F Ⅷ factors such as endothelial cell markers and VEGF positive expression rate was higher in the disease tissue samples. In addition to the fine needle biopsy, ultrasound, mammography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may have certain help to the diagnosis. Surgery is the first choice for treatment of the disease, the role of radiation and chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy is still in research.
