Analysis on Regularity of TCM Syndromes in Active Stage of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract


Objective:The paper analyzed regularity of TCM syndromes in active stage about AS,and offered some evidences on differentiation of syndromes and models to guide the clinical therapy.Methods:Through clinical Practice,we collected 99 clinical cases,and determined TCM syndromes according to syndrome diagnosis standard by specialized doctors who are rich in clinical experience.Then,we observed the relation between syndromes and patients’ basic datas,such as sex,age,course of disease,ESR,CRP, HLA-B27,blood routine and image examinition(X-ray/CT/MRI).Through statistics,we analyzed the relations between above indexes and the syndromes to find out the regularity. Results:(1) The male and female proportion is 10 to 1,there was no difference on the differentiation of syndromes through sexuality distributing.(2) The syndromes was based on the deficiency of kidney and governor meridian,the most commonly syndrome was the heat-dampness blocking one among the surfaces,some syndromes were compatible.(3) For the course of disease and age,the syndromes of kidney-yang deficiency,hemostasis-toxin and heat-dampness-hemostasis-toxin blocking were longer and elder than the rest,while the syndrome of cold-dampness and heat-dampness blocking were shorter and younger.(4) The syndrome of heat-dampness blocking has significiance difference with others in ESR and the most proportion in the joint classificationⅡof image examinition.(5)There was great proportion on the joint classificationⅢ、Ⅳof image examinition of syndromes of kidney-yang deficiency,heat-dampness-hemostasis-toxin and hemostasis-toxin blocking, which has significiance difference with the others.(6)There was no difference about HLA-B27 in diverse syndromes,and has upper proportion of patients with masculine.Conelusion:(1)AS was commonly onset in callan.The TCM syndrome total distributing balanced.(2)In active stage,the most was the syndrome of heat-dampness blocking with higher inflamation level and lighter destoryed jiont,and easily combined with pathogenic factors such as hemostasis-toxin and cold-dampness.(3)The patients with syndromes of kidney-yang deficiency,heat-dampness-hemostasis-toxin and hemastasis-toxin blocking has elder age and longer course of disease,Ⅲor more servere on jiont classification of image examinition.(4)HLA-B27 was closely interrelated with the onset of AS,and no distributed difference on the differentiation of syndromes.
