Abstract


Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation for the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome.Methods:60 patients with RNS were randomly divided into two treatment groups,30 in the the treatment group,30 in the control group.Two groups have been adopted the general treatment,the standard glucocorticoid therapy combined with cyclophosphamide and traditional Chinese medicine.The patients in the treatment group was given the therapy of iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation besides.The treatment needs one month.The TCM syndromes were observed.Moreover,ALB,UPRO,TC,TG and FDP,PT,APTT were compared before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate is 90%,which is superior to 66.7% of the control group.There were significant differences(P＜0.05).The TCM syndromes improved significantly after the treatment compared with those of the control group(P＜0.05).(2) The patients’UPRO in the treatment group decreased sharply after the treatment(P＜0.01).The differences between groups exist(P＜0.05 )(3) There were significant differences in ALB before and after the treatment(P＜0.01),and obvious differences can be seen between groups(P＜0.05).(4) There were no obvious differences in TC, TGand FIB,PT,APTT between the two groups after the treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusions:(1) The therapy of iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation can improve the signs and symptoms of the patients with refractory nephropathy syndrome.(2) The therapy of iontophoresis of the Chinese herbs of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation can help reducing UPRO and increasing ALB compared with the conventional treatment.
