Abstract


Objective:Evaculate the therapeutic effect of Xiaopitang treating cyclomastopathy by clinical observationMethod:80 cyclomastopathy patients were chosen.40 patients out of the 80 was arranged to the treatment group and the rest 40 to the control group.The patients in the treatment group was treated with Xiaopitang prescription orally,with one menstrual cycle as a single course of treatment.The efficacy was assessed after two courses of treatment.There’s no treatment within the menstrual cycle.The patients in the control group were treated with Rupisan(Produced by Hengren Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Liaoning Province,H.M.L.N. Z21021822).The patients in this group takes Rupisan orally by 6 tablets each time and 3 times each day.,with one menstrual cycle as a single course of treatment and the efficacy was assessed after two courses of treatment. There’s no treatment within the menstrual cycle.The patients in the two groups are both treated with one menstrual cycle as a single course of treatment and the efficacy was assessed after two courses of treatmentResult:The patients with cyclomastopathy expierenced obvious relief of mammalgia,tumor contracting or even disappearing by using the Chinese medicinal prescription Xiaopitang which also showed better efficacy than Rupisan of the control group.Conclusion:Xiaopitang has the effect of discharging liver and relieving depression,activating Qi and Promoting blood circulation,dissipating phlegm,resolving masses and relieving pain,so it could improve patients’ symptoms effectively.
