Abstract


Educational services in the community, social and economic development but also affect the pace of progress of education can not be divorced from social life , so for Research in Music Education . Music education is an important part of education , plays an irreplaceable role for the full and harmonious development of students . In 2001 , the state enacted a full - time compulsory education music curriculum standards (trial version ) , as a landmark , China began a vigorous basic music education reform . The effectiveness of the curriculum reform in developed areas significantly constrained by various factors , but in the less developed regions , the implementation of the music curriculum , there are many obstacles . This allows the growing gap between developed areas and underdeveloped areas on the basis of music education , but also to the development of music education in our imbalance is not conducive to the overall development of music education . As a music educator, underdeveloped areas to basic music education reform the status quo in the region , find ways to improve the basis of the development of music education in underdeveloped areas of the law , in order to better guidance based on the theoretical and ideological level music education the implementation . The paper used questionnaires , interviews , observation and analysis, literature, statistics , research the law . Questionnaire and case interview is an important means of survey research , to the less developed areas Baicheng City, Jilin part of the primary and secondary survey . Conduct a survey of 20 primary and secondary school music teacher in the implementation process of the new curriculum adaptation statistical analysis. Analysis of the factors affecting less developed areas of basic music education reform , the measures to improve the quality of basic music education in underdeveloped areas . Study new problems emerging in the new curriculum reform of basic music education from a sociological point of view , the problems suggested observations , our basic music education , especially in less developed areas of basic music education curriculum implementation large value .
