Abstract


E-governance is developed under the concept of customer-oriented service-oriented government, is an effective way to achieve good governance in the public sector in the Information Society. The realm of the ideal of good governance is to guide public participation in the multi-governance model. The core of e-governance electronic public participation. Public participation is effective in improving the performance of the power tool of e-governance, e-governance is the key performance indicators. From the development of electronic transactions to e-governance, the key is to achieve the transformation of citizen participation and the deepening of participation. In the context of e-governance, the public, volunteers and interest groups and government to participate in interactive governance of public participation mechanism is an effective way for public participation in the context of the perfect e-governance. The first part of this paper studied the basic theory of electronic governance context of public participation: public participation in the general theory of new public management theory and governance theory, as well as build a new interactive platform for public participation in e-governance theory. The new public management theory, including the theory of government services, the Government of the effective theory, model theory of participatory government. The governance theory defines governance theory, the definition of good governance and good governance. The new interactive platform for public participation in e-governance, e-governance theory, including virtual reality theory, the network political theory, postmodern theory.
