Abstract


Emotional intelligence education is the focus of attention in the education sector , it has become the focus of school education in the 21st century . In this paper, several major domestic and international emotional intelligence theory and its application in schools , taking into Boyatzis , prepared by Goleman Emotional Competence Inventory ( ECI ) and Zhang Jinfu , the Angel prepared Emotional Intelligence Scale , combined with student life the actual revised scale of emotional intelligence and use this scale to large - scale facilities for vocational students measured . According to the test results , combined with interviews of teachers and students of vocational colleges , the author analyzes the the vocational students Emotional Intelligence status quo and existing problems : the lack of reasonable self-awareness , self-evaluation is improper ; emotional instability , easy out - of - control impulses ; feelings easily suffer setbacks , frustration tolerance ; social interaction is not strong , the lack of the necessary spirit of cooperation . Surveying results show that : the revised scale of emotional intelligence has good reliability and validity ; vocational students although there are certain problems in terms of emotional intelligence , but on the whole still fall on the middle level . For vocational students emotional intelligence situation and existing problems , the authors carried out the experimental study of emotional intelligence training measures : within the scope of the first class : the establishment of a new type of relationship between teachers and students , to build emotion classroom teaching mode ; specification courses Emotional Intelligence Education content , the use of scientific teaching evaluation system . Within the scope of the second class : to carry out humanistic education ; social practice ; carry out quality training ; carry out professional school counseling . Experimental results show that the experimental class in self-management ( SM ) , self-awareness ( SAE ) , social awareness ( SA ) and social relationship management skills ( SS ) compared with the control class has greatly improved . Experimental results show that the higher vocational colleges help vocational students emotional intelligence to improve the implementation of measures to develop vocational students emotional intelligence .
