Abstract


After 20 years of development, higher vocational education as an important part of China's higher education system has made a historic breakthrough development by leaps and bounds, from the sense of the scale accounted for half of higher education in China. The unique features of the strong social demand and higher vocational education, higher vocational education has a the irreplaceable basic role and strategic position in the great cause of building a socialist harmonious society and accelerating the socialist modernization process. The employment problem of higher vocational education, such as the employment service system is not perfect, employment channel is not smooth, and the concept of employment is not correct guiding ideology has long been the bottleneck restricting the rapid development of higher vocational education. The employment problem of higher vocational education is an interdisciplinary topic, involving education, economics, management and other disciplines, is a very hot issue in today's society from all walks of life. With the establishment of China's socialist market economic system, education and labor and personnel system reform deepening, employment guidance for doing a good job in human resources development, configuration and use of significance has drawn increasing concern of government and society. In this paper, higher vocational education and employment service model to explore \the development and reform of the employment service system, analysis of various types of forces and factors that promote or hinder the development of higher vocational employment, focusing on the following three aspects: First, the functional orientation of higher vocational education and talent employment relationship; higher the problems and the reasons of vocational education and employment services; higher vocational education employment service model innovation and practice. Through research, throughout the full range of employment services model of higher vocational education: the admission stage, to highlight the job market, optimizing professional setting; process of personnel training, employment-oriented should get into the teaching process, teaching content fully reflects the enhanced skills training is to do the central link of the vocational education and employment; limitations exist for the one-sided employment guidance in the past, it is necessary to update the concept, to change career guidance career planning, a full course of vocational guidance, to reorganize the school management process , a profound understanding of the whole school up and down and practice the basic principles of employment-oriented; in employment of graduates, it is necessary to improve the graduates' employment regulations, to improve employment agencies, to strengthen employment information system construction, all-round good employment service, multi-channel to promote the employment of graduates; Finally, after student employment still have to do the follow-up survey, an important guarantee to do a good job Feedback employment services for sustainable development. Finally through the actual case on the Siyuan talent Vocational Education College Employment Service mode, in-depth specific analysis of how to build and improve the employment service system of higher vocational education.
