Abstract


Since the late 1980s , since the State Ministry of Education began to vigorously promote the development of vocational education , higher vocational education in China after nearly 20 years of development , has made considerable progress , especially the 99 countries \after the decision , the leapfrog development of higher vocational education . As of May 2007 , the National Vocational colleges close to 1200 , accounting for 60% of colleges and universities , over 700 kinds of professional and 8,000,000 students . Vocational education accounts for half of higher education in China . However , due to the vocational education started a long time , the community is not enough understanding of the law on vocational education , neither ready-made experience in education , but also to adapt to the needs of higher vocational education teachers are not fully formed . Vocational education is still in the the active exploration stage . The shoulder applied technical personnel to provide the community with vocational colleges , under the pressure of facing the intense biogenic competition and the employment market , more and more aware of the importance of scientific universities human resources development and management . Can even say , the level of human resources management decided a vocational college market competitiveness , will ultimately determine the survival and development of a vocational college . This paper is the for Qingdao Q Vocational School Teachers human resources development and management issues to explore and research .
