Abstract


With the development of society and deep going of the vocational education reform, parents put forwards higher requirements to the teachers’professional ability. The research of professional competence of teachers in Secondary vocational schools became the aim of educational researcher. Higher class of professional competence and gradually explore the importance for everyone. Working class should take the pulse of the times, follow the trend of educational development in order to better the quality of education as the goal, the achievement of students in each class quality development. In the face of the new concept of education, vocational pursuit of the ideal teacher should be to enhance professionalism and take the path of professional development, which is both a society given to us by the sacred mission and responsibility, but also before each of the educators before a new subject. In recent years, many of the class of professional competence to carry out a large amount of theoretical research and put forward many good teachers to promote the development of professional competence. Class professional competence of the professional class is an important part of the class is a key factor in mature professionalism. However, the result of the survey is showed that teachers in secondary vocational schools have improved their professional competence, but they don’t catch the step of development of vocational education. We must continue to improve our professional competence.The paper takes Medium Vocational School as an example, research and analyze for head teachers’professional ability, gather with managing idea, methods, ability of head teachers in Medium Vocational School of Changchun, and key point is to improve head teachers’professional ability and working efficiency. The paper solves the tactics and problems about professional ability development of head teachers in Changchun Medium Vocational School, and presents feasibility method to cultivate professional ability. It can offer experience about improvement of professional ability to other regions.
