Abstract


The 21st century is the era of rapid development of science and technology, competitive, innovative fold out, this era need to have a sense of innovation, innovation ability and talent to solve practical problems. How to cultivate high quality talents and the needs of the times, has become the colleges and universities should attach great importance and problems to be solved. Undergraduates to participate in research and help to cultivate the students 'innovative spirit, to improve the students' creative ability and practical ability to comprehensively improve the overall quality of students. Therefore, undergraduates participate in research is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. Cultivation of innovative talents of university-depth study of the status quo on Undergraduate Research, improve the college personnel training mode has important significance. The influencing factors of this study, literature, questionnaire and interview survey and other research methods to investigate the status of the eight universities in Hebei Province Undergraduate Research analysis of Hebei University Undergraduate Research Current Situation in Hebei Province Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Health research activities countermeasures and suggestions. Promote the teaching reform of higher education in Hebei Province, to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching, and improve the innovation and personnel training system, and train more talents for the society. The body is divided into four parts: the first part, an overview of the activities of Undergraduate Research. Analysis of the definition of the concept of Undergraduate Research, characteristics and feasibility of undergraduate students to participate in scientific research to sort out, the history of our undergraduate students to carry out research activities. The second part, the status of undergraduate research activities in Hebei Province. Investigation of Hebei Province eight undergraduate colleges, to understand the ongoing Undergraduate Research activities achievements and the problems. The third part, Hebei Province Undergraduate Research activities influencing factors. Analysis of students and schools, and found that the reason of the current status of Hebei Undergraduate Research Undergraduate Research participation. The fourth part, Hebei Province Undergraduate Research Countermeasures. Proposed to further improve the Hebei Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Research response from both students and schools. From the student perspective, undergraduate students must have a clear development goals, confidence, development of scientific interest in the formation of the correct values, improve the ability of independent learning to become masters of learning. From the school perspective, by building a research-based teaching system, establish and improve the scientific research management security system, to create a good cultural atmosphere, so that more students to participate in research activities to improve students' ability to innovate, practical ability, to achieve the purpose of cultivating innovative talents.
