Abstract


There are many factors influencing peoples health. Some are obrious, some are very common and some are very difficult to find out, life style belongs to the latter two of them, and it comes to be the main factor.Therefore, this paper aims at investigating the recent influential factors to the university teachers’ sport life style in Jiangxi province. We start to research by searching materials. visiting famous professors investingation and statistics to get a good knowledge of teachers’ sport life stylel. After that we get the following conclusions.1.The majority of the teachers have a good conception of health. they think that health mainly about good conditions of physics. psycology and adoption to the environment. Most have a high level of health identity (about 92%).They take different considerations about sport value between male and female teachers. Male teachers consider build strong body more while pemale take account of beauty and losing weight more.2.The main way of faculties to attend the sport life style is participation.3.Teachers in the universities of Jiangxi province do not have a high level consumption is sports. about 21.9 percent teachers’ cost on sports annually ranges from 0 to 200 RMB.4.The teachers’ health condition in not as good as people expected the proportion of whose age between 41 and 50 and whose health condition trend to be well is comparatively low (approx 28.3%).5.Health conception. interest. motivation and sporting habits are factors for the teachers in the universities of Jiangxi province to take part in sports actively and sportaneously.6.Teachers don’t take part in sport frequently. and the sport intensity is not high. The proportion of sporting population is comparatively low (14.8%).7.For faculties’ sport life style. the abvious fachors are the pressure from work. Leisure time and the attitude towards sport.In order to improve university teachers’ health condition. help them build a posivive and healthy life-style. and bring sports to their daily life and make them sport-lovers. This paper analyses the influential factors clearly for the teachers sport life style. and helps provide related department to acquire teachers’ health condition and thoughts with certain proves and references.
