Abstract


College counselors are an important part of the team of the Moral Education Teachers are the backbone of the ideological and political education , plays an irreplaceable role in the process of growth of college students taught . Diversity of college counselors work roles , tasks particularity and complexity of the object of education makes their personality and charisma to become a key factor to improve the quality of education . Carry counselor ideal personality mode to build and shape the study of the problem , has important theoretical significance counselor scientific personality test , appointment , evaluation , counselors culture also has important practical significance .
