Abstract


Free Teacher education policy introduced, it becomes a hot issue, causing widespread concern in society. Scholars from sociology, economics, policy studies and other disciplines perspective on the social background of the implementation of this policy, the policy costs and benefits of various aspects of the implementation of the policy as well as free education for students living and studying in the school a general description of , and many other studies are involved. And between motivation and academic achievement is no correlation between, assuming that the model has been verified.
