Abstract


EDR is a kind of emerging Research Methodology in the domain of international education research in recent several dozens years.It is to solve the reality education problems,taking the cooperation of researchers and practitioner as the foundation,using system research method,developing technology product through iterative loop analysis, design,development and implementation,on the one hand promoting to education practice,on the other hand refining principle and theory of design.As one kind of emerging research methodology,it has already been concerned in many research areas with having many important features including pragmatic,grounded,interactive, integrative,contextual and so on.At present,EDR has already been more and more applied in domains of study,curriculum and education technology to improve education. There are many EDR illustrative cases in foreign countries,and our country also has started to carry on some practice exploration.The policy of tuition-free Normal college student is just studying and the problem that how to develop and implement their post education is still in the stage of research and practice.A lot of feedback from practice is needed when we develop a distance learning platform which is used for their post education,and the feedback can make the platform bring the greatest function.The feature and mode of operation that EDR has can provide important direction for the developing of the platform.On the perspective of EDR,this paper tries to do some theory and practice research about the development of the platform,and the main work contains following aspects:(1) Analyzing distance learning platform for free normal students directed by EDR from three aspects including demand analysis,design analysis and development analysis.(2) Designing distance learning platform for free normal students directed by EDR form three aspects including conceptual model design,function structure design and database design.(3) Developing;testing and revising distance learning platform for free normal students directed by EDR,and forming the design Prototype of the platform.
