Abstract


The young teacher is the university teacher troop’s important constituent and the new force, relates the higher education reform and the development direction directly, how establishes the effective drive mechanism, displays the youth enthusiasm and the initiative, is key point which the university teachers troop constructs. This article embarks from our country University young teacher demand characteristic, the union drives the theory; the discussion suits our country University young teacher’s drive measure.This article from our country University young teacher drove the mechanism research the rationale embarked elaborated the Western drive theory outline and based on the Eastern culture ethics drive theory, and has carried on the drive mechanism theoretical design from the human nature supposition angle. Then through carries on the analysis to the university young teacher’s demand characteristic, proposed drives the necessity to our country University young teacher. Through the literature analysis and the interview, elaborated our country University young teacher drove the mechanism existence the question and the reason.
