Abstract


In recent years, employment of college students on China's economic development and social stability have constituted tremendous pressure. How to effectively solve the problem of employment of university students has become the party and the government and the community concern and research focus. In this paper, the following work and research: First, from a systems perspective analyzes the factors affecting student employment difficulty and propose countermeasures ; Secondly, the employment rate of our current statistical methods to analyze and suggest improvements ; Finally , the establishment of college graduates job evaluation system , the introduction of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation techniques to assess students 'employment objective integrated the actual situation , in order to assess the students' employment presents a new ideas and methods .
