China has established a relatively complete system of poor students , but also no system in the high school stage , sound funding policy , especially in backward and remote rural areas , poor students funded high school or a blind spot . Academics lack of specialized research funded high school , and therefore lack a basic understanding of the background of poor students of high school , learning , psychological , life ; very few of our high school funded to explore ; same time, also there is little literature analysis should subsidize poor students of high school . For these reasons, we conducted a sample survey by Z City , Hubei Province , three rural high school classes for statistical analysis of survey data , interviews with the management of the school students of all levels , poor students , teachers . Grasp the wealth of first-hand survey data based on the use of development economics, economics of education , the poor students in theory , the theory of public goods and related analytical tools , starting from the definition of the concept of poor students in rural high school , a comprehensive analysis of China's rural poverty status quo and rural high school students funded by the regional high school , and why the problems of poor students in rural high school . On this basis , we investigate the logical framework for China 's rural areas, the system of poor students in high school , the scope of funding and capital sharing , the proportion of funding , funding criteria , form of assistance , such as specific provisions given for reference views and recommendations. Mainly showing the number of poor students of rural high school , a high proportion of uneven distribution , to pay the high cost of heavy economic burden , cause of poverty is complex and diverse , and there are varying degrees of mental problems . Less ordinary high school capital funding sources in rural areas , the subsidy is narrow , the subsidy amount is small , the effect is not obvious funded . To fundamentally solve the problem of poor students , need to assume their respective responsibilities , all levels of government to establish a feasible funding system to protect high school in rural areas of poor students complete their studies successfully .
