Abstract


Emotional intelligence (Emotional Quotient), referred to as EQ, it represents an emotional intelligence (Emotional Intelligence) of high or low, they are put forward in recent years, psychologists and intelligence and correspond to the concept of intelligence, it mainly refers to people’s feelings, mood, self-motivation, will and endure the frustration of the character and so on.Chinese education in high school to carry out EQ education, which reduces the resistance to the implementation of emotional intelligence education, but also conducive to the healthy growth of young people.Language subjects in the EQ-rich education resources and a lot of ways viable.In this paper, the concept of emotional intelligence have been a sort of emotional intelligence at home and abroad the situation of young people to be present, and through a questionnaire survey targeted high school students visited the emotional quotient of the status quo, in order to provide a basis for further study in this on the basis of how the family and society in the EQ to carry out education and research in language education in high school education to carry out the feasibility of EQ and specific ways.Chinese Education in the EQ-rich educational resources, from the "ordinary standards of high school language courses," we can see that EQ can be achieved through education, "reading and appreciation" and "to express and exchange" and so on to achieve many of the teaching content. The language of extra-curricular reading, language classroom teaching and extra-curricular activities is carried out of the soil EQ education.In the specific implementation, it can be in the "reading and appreciation of" teaching, extra-curricular reading, "to express and exchange," teaching, and language EQ extra-curricular activities carried out by the education and development of student understanding and ability to control their own emotions, the ability of self-motivation, frustration affordability of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence and other capabilities.
