Abstract


In the autumn of 2004, Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan and Ningxia provinces, autonomous regions, four took the lead in the national first batch of new high school curriculum reform experiment, which marked a new round of our country the new high school curriculum reform has officially started. The high school curriculum reform is a systematic project involving curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content and curriculum management, and other aspects.Education lies in the implementation of any changes. Teacher education and teaching are the main participants in the ideals of education are put into a key figure in the social reality. Senior high school at the new curriculum reform is in full swing when there is a need for teachers to know the adaptability.This article from the New Curriculum in Senior high school Chinese teacher’s role to adapt to the status quo, Chinese teachers for teaching content to adapt to the status quo, Chinese teachers on teaching behavior to adapt to the status and language teachers to adapt to the way the evaluation of four aspects of the status quo to know the New Curriculum Reform in Senior Adaptability of language teachers the status quo, and to analyze its achievements and shortcomings.Through the above investigation, summed up the impact of the New Curriculum Reform in Senior high school Chinese teachers adaptive four factors: the teaching and learning environment, teacher training, teaching evaluation and quality of their teachers. And to strengthen the New Curriculum Reform in Senior high school Chinese teachers adaptive responses: optimizing the teaching environment, to strengthen school-based training, set up scientific and reasonable evaluation of mechanisms and improve their quality of teachers.
