Abstract


Teachers' practical knowledge of the rise in the 1980s. People to reflect on the excessive emphasis on public knowledge in teaching teachers 'knowledge of the front-line role in the study, that the public too abstract theory, not specific enough, the lack of operability, too much emphasis on easy to overlook the teachers' personal teaching experience, under the influence of the traditional concept of knowledge not conducive to solving the problem of teaching practice. Preschool education, preschool teacher is responsible for the care and education of young children double work day teaching which teachers are required to make reasonable and flexible processing this practical knowledge of the requirements for preschool teachers is even more prominent. Therefore, the use of the case study method, into kindergarten teaching practice, starting from the practical knowledge of the structure, examine the practical knowledge of the child care teachers analyze the characteristics embodied in the practical knowledge of early childhood teachers, to find the reason where, and on this basis, make recommendations accordingly. This article consists of the following five parts: The first part of the question. Mainly study the origin, research questions, research purposes and research significance. The second part of the literature review. Teachers' practical knowledge and practical knowledge of early childhood teachers already combing and summarized. The third part of the research process. Including research methods determine the selection of the object of study, research data collection, data collation, analysis and research validity and ethics. The fourth part of the investigation of the X-kindergarten teachers' practical knowledge situation. Presents and analyzes the practical knowledge of the object of study, including self-knowledge, knowledge of curriculum and teaching, situational knowledge, conservation knowledge, classroom management knowledge. Part V of the conclusions and recommendations of the study. Summarizes the characteristics of the preschool teachers 'practical knowledge, and put forward recommendations to promote the development of teachers' practical knowledge. The research results show that the practical knowledge of early childhood teachers are highly personal knowledge, some crossover between the different categories of knowledge, and receive a variety of factors in its formation course.
