Abstract


The right of unity of laborer means people form a temporary or permanent groups,in order to maintain and improve the working conditions.that is,workers have the right to organize trade unions and participate in its activities.The development of the right of unity of labor in the 19-20 century,not only changed the fate of the workers themselves,but also had a profound impact on the historical development of mankind.After entering the market economy,labor relations has change from the individual to the collective relations period,which is the basic requirements and experience.under market economy conditions for labor relations.The basic condition of collective labor relations is achieve and protect the right of unity of labor,so that workers are no longer safeguard their own interests alone,but as a trade union groups,to protect the rights of workers.Thus,it is important to study the right of unity of labor.The first chapter discuss the construction of the right of unity of labor in Chinese law.mainly include analyse the constitution and other laws and regulations relating to labor solidarity and the the main body and the content of the right of unity of labor.The second chapter analyze the right of unity of labor in Chinese law.Including the formation and the revocation of trade unions,the enter and exit of trade unions,the relief of right of unity.and then analyze the legal provisions behind law.The third chapter discuss constitution property of the right of unity.and its obligation.the obligation include two aspects:the first respect obligation,the second protect obligation.The fouth chapter analyse the idea of legislation and the direction of the right of unity.and then discuss the trend of the right of unity of labor.
