Abstract


Different sectors of the teachers and students of the university library, public library, professional readers, they have the right to use of the library, take advantage of the scope of the literature, the approach is different. Domestic universities, from three main readership - undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and staff of view, the vast majority of schools to give undergraduate borrowing privileges, whether it is to borrow the number of copies or by duration are much lower than graduate students and faculty members. Such discriminatory, in fact, the undergraduate readers of the University of the biggest crowd of the interests of discrimination.
