Abstract


From China in April 1994 formally access Internet , in May 1995 opened to the public network access and provides a comprehensive service, the people's lives because the network and has undergone a tremendous change. Online chat , online games and online shopping and other people's lives to bring a new experience , a star network in which all network applications , especially large impact on ordinary people . In this paper, a star network for the study to explore the causes of this phenomenon , manifestations , and its associated positive and negative impacts as well as the government can make a difference place . Thesis includes five parts. The first part introduces the topic of this article reason , the current research on the status of a star network , the paper's basic ideas and innovation . The second part describes the network media and its development in China . The third part is a reason for the formation of a star network , the network forms a star of fame , the network and the star of the achievements and costs combined with relevant survey data describing current students and network a star in the distance. The fourth part of the network build out the impact of the phenomenon of a profound analysis . The fifth part presents the main government policies to deal with this phenomenon .
