With globalization and information technology growing , people increasingly become a global village, an authentic touch experience. However , globalization and information technology is a double-edged sword , in bringing us great satisfaction and fast and convenient information , while a variety of risks and disaster will follow. At high risk of uncertainty in society , the crisis is becoming a \disasters or the damage to a minimum , which is the crisis spread to the leading role played by , therefore, crisis communication 's role in crisis management depth study is necessary . Based on our crisis management and crisis communication status of some problems , using a literature analysis , case analysis and comparative analysis, management and communication in order to learn the theory as a guide, through the analysis of the past, some public crisis communication events, to identify the existing problems and shortcomings, on this basis, to 5.12 earthquake crisis communication to get our focus on breakthrough research object, by improving the dissemination of information of public crisis mechanism to some important revelation in practice the use of the process, this study also provides a crisis management of localized crisis communication perspective , with some practical reference value.
