Micro-reducer emerged in recent years , widely used in the automotive and other fields of the new reducer, with a large transmission ratio , small size , high mechanical efficiency , and long life and other advantages . To test the mechanical properties of the micro-reducer products become the urgent needs of the enterprise . The paper analyzes the efficiency of existing mechanical transmission components and working principle of the test device , a comprehensive , in-depth study of the system based on virtual instrument data acquisition technology , test and analysis technology, digital measurement technology and software development technology . In the analysis , on the basis of the integrated characteristics of the gear unit , the test system solutions based on virtual instrument technology . The design and selection of the hardware portion of the test and control system design and development of the software part of the test system , and finally the error analysis and experimental . In terms of hardware design , micro-reducer performance test systems, variable frequency motor as the power source , the use of magnetic brakes as the system load . Motors, magnetic powder brake and micro-reducer connected through the coupling between the torque and rotational speed sensor for testing input / output torque and speed reducer . The appropriate choice of data collection methods , the paper carried out in-depth research . The mechanical structure , the design of the the integration bench and control cabinet . In software design, the paper follow the principles of object-oriented programming , the use of top-down design methods and modular program design ideas , prepared a set of programs to control the performance testing , analysis and processing of data collection , drawn in the software window the efficiency of the measured object graph and print functions. Finally, through error analysis and a large number of tests : The new reducer performance test system using virtual instruments and computer control technology , replacing the traditional testing methods to improve the performance and scalability of the test system , to achieve a complete test function , and the operator interface is more intuitive , image, not only reduces costs, but also improve the level of automation and reliability should be widely applied .
