Abstract


With the development of the modern economy,energy shortages has become a very prominent problem and oil energy is vitally important.Therefore how to improve mining efficiency and reduce the cost of mining is the urgent problem for modern researchers to deal with.It’s very important to get various important parameters for the oil condition and analyze these datas.Thus execute fault diagnoses for the equipments and optimize the design of mining system.The screw pump oil product system has been widely used in China recent years.However,the technology of supervisory of the screw pump oil well is far from perfect.The development of the oil well screw pump condition monitoring system in this issue is for this circumstance,which is based on the electric motor drive parameters,including monitoring instrument and PC-based data analysis, process software together.The monitoring instrument hardware is consisted of ARM9-based embedded systems and chip-based energy metering ATT7022B signal processing modules,and is also equipped with serial ports,LCD,keyboard and USB host for external hardware;software used Linux operating system as operating system,and developed under Linux device drivers and applications. Signal processing module is mainly responsible for the signal to pick,process,and convert digital signals to monitor power parameters;embedded system is mainly responsible for the electrical parameters of the data processing,transmission and to keep the use of common U disk and copy data.Data processing software analysis, process,storage,explain the data of the oil condition monitoring then well diagnosed oil condition and fault conditions,and can display,print,historical data query functions.At present,the oil well screw pump condition monitoring system has been used in No.6 oil production plant of Daqing,running in good condition and easy to install,the indicators are designed to meet the requirements.The measured data provided by the system are very useful in analyzing various working conditions and in improving engineering design of the screw pump oil production system.
