Abstract


With the quick development of the Internet,It is a fact that the expansion network services including amusement, electron service and electronic commerce substitute for the traditional ones including information search and network communication, etc..On one hand, the question of the security is more and more outstanding, and becomes a basic guarantee of the computer and network’s benign growth; On the other hand, the profitable websites such as the business websites,etc., need to offer more satisfactory service through analysing users’ behaviors and hobbies in order to obtain maximum profits. And these are correlated extremely with improving efficiency and individualized degree of websites service. As to nonprofit website such as government, scientific research institution, need to analyse users for scientific decision-making too. For these reasons, classification,analysis and research on network users’ behaviors demand to be mentioned urgently.The main result of this thesis in the realm: research the network customer’s behavior and the categorize system., And the basis mounts the union network broadcast store structure theory, putting forward the reform suggestion of existing network;we considered two aspect of the information obtaining ,there are the effect and the veracity. Researched the requirement ,the process and the frame for establish the network customer’s analysis system, and A few key technologies been confronted with by the system process middle having resolved realization,then analysis some common network customer behavior analysis system model or its thought on the basis of the studying that mentioned above ,and make use of the network of SWUST as analytical object, pass logarithms according to carry on gathering a type and return to return analysis, put forward network behavior model of the SWUST, and put forward a strategy according to the customer behavior’s characteristics model, Have got the effect definitely applying.
