Abstract


With China's rapid economic development , the increasing demand of the national rail transport . The number of railway equipment increases. Railway linear devices is driving , linear equipment due to the linkage between the characteristics of the continuity of their equipment , the equipment changes for the linear equipment maintenance management more complex . The stability of the railway enterprises linear equipment directly affect the personal and property safety of the passengers and the economic efficiency of enterprises . Railway enterprise , how to protect the the linear normal operation of equipment is particularly important . Linear equipment repair , maintenance , management point inspection has become the focus of the work of the railway enterprise asset management . Enterprise Asset Management (Enterprise Asset Management, EAM) as a platform for enterprise information technology solutions for asset - intensive enterprises , it is able to meet the special requirements of the railway linear equipment maintenance management . EAM system within the enterprise around assets from procurement, installation, commissioning , operation management to transfer scrapped after lifecycle management process , the use of modern information technology to improve the operational reliability and value in use of assets , reduce maintenance and repair costs , and improving management level and quality of personnel , and a management system to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises . The introduction of workflow management technology in the EAM system , and enhance the EAM system processing capability , increase the flexibility of the software process . Studied in this paper include the following aspects : on the basis of analysis of the railway linear equipment maintenance management features to improve the original sub-module of the EAM system function and work order management , major capital equipment account management module specific analysis module processes , to adapt them to the needs of railway enterprises ; flow model based on the the EAM system of work to improve its application to rail linear equipment maintenance management system , work order management processes ; based on combining the railway linear equipment maintenance management status and industry characteristics , the analysis of the maintenance management system based on the the EAM system of railway linear device , the frame structure and functionality to achieve , to establish a customized platform based on the characteristics of the railroad industry .
