Abstract


China is currently in the process of education information , online education rapid development . Educational resources is the basis of online education , online courses online education is the most important resource , the direct impact on the level of information technology in education and the quality of online education . However , current network course there are a lot of problems , a lot of online courses based on a static page , you can not achieve personalized learning , and difficult to integrate the teaching strategies in teaching , sharing and portability . Therefore , the development of high-quality network courses become resources construction is an urgent issue. Standard web-based educational resources and development of network courses can effectively solve the above problems . SCORM (Sharable Content Object ReferenceModel) standard , one of the most authoritative educational resource , and has been widely used . In this paper, based on the study of a large number of papers , according to SCORM 2004 system standards , design and development with good reusability and portability of network courses . Firstly, an overview of the theory of network courses , details of SCORM 2004 standard system , and a brief introduction to XML technology ; followed by analysis of the theory of learning objects , \analysis , including the course structure analysis and the design of the course content analysis , the design part of the focus in the course content analysis of the order of the design of the curriculum ; Finally, the fourth chapter , \network curriculum development using the Reload Editor tool , use SCORM SampleRun-Time Environment curriculum package testing, to verify the effectiveness of the curriculum package , and imported into Moodle learning management system to carry out a simple application . Network developed in this study courses SCORM compliant , with better portability , and can be shared SCORM compliant platform ; course in the theory of learning objects based on the development of network components , network course easier to reuse learners according to their learning in the learning process to achieve a simple personalized learning .
