Abstract
At present,almost all of the water treatment agents applied in the industrial cycle cooling water system is organic phosphate anti-scale corrosion inhibitor and copolymer anti-scale dispersing agents.According to our country sustainable development and environmental protection request,the development of the low phosphorus or the environmental friendly non-phosphorus water treatment product and the anti-scale mechanism research of different water agents and water treatment technologys are very important craft.In this paper, A new integration water treatment technique of physical and chemical method employing the synergism of the rare earth permanent magnetic field and 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid (HEDP), 2 - Phosphonobutane - 1,2,4 - tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) and the new anti-scale corrosion inhibitor Bis(Hexamethylene Triamine Penta (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) (BHMTPMPA) coordination was put forward. The synergism scale inhibition performance between the organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor and the magnetic field was researched using the static state and the dynamic experiment;The integration of magnetic field and the organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor may reduces the amount of organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor and develop a new kind of water treatment technology applied to industrial cycle cooling water. The synergism scale inhibition performance of the composites of BHMTPMPA and Polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) was investigated. The calcium carbonate crystal samples were characterized by SEM. Results showed that the synergism between the organic phosphate anti-scale corrosion inhibitor and the magnetic field. This could distort calcium carbonate crystallite more remarkably, leading to the calcium carbonate crystallite to get much finer and more dispersive.There existed a remarkable synergism between the organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor and the magnetic fieldby the static and dynamic experiments showed. Under the static experiment, the synergistic scale inhibition ratio of the magnetic field and organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor can increase more than 19%. Under the dynamic experiment, the synergistic scale inhibition ratio of the magnetic field and organic phosphonice anti-scale corrosion inhibitor can increase more then 11%. The rotation specimen corrosion experiment results showed that the composites of BHMTPMPA-PESA have good corrosion inhibition performance.
