Abstract


The modern service industry is a newly emerging concept based on information technology and modern management. With the development of economic globalization recent years, the modern service industry plays a significant role in the industry structure of many countries. In the development and promoting of modern service industry, the way of informationization is a key factor influencing the development speed of it. Therefore, the WebGIS concept is introduced into the informationzation of modern service industry. WebGIS is a new subject, which developed rapidly in recent years with the spread of Internet technology, it has combined the essence of GIS spatial information technology with the popularity of the network media, and has indeed made our daily lives more comfortable and convenient. According to the various needs of modern service in different industries and fields, combining the strong web spatial information service function of WebGIS, we has designed the corresponding WebGIS service application platforms.In this paper we have done some researches according to the problems which we encountered during constructing the modern service-oriented WebGIS system. After surveyed, analyzed and tested, we provide the final solution, as well as exploring the WebGIS and modern service informatioanization from a macro angle. This paper focus on the following issues:1. The research was done both theoretically and practically on informationization of the modern service industry and WebGIS, in order to draw the relationship and commonness of them, which in turn combine the two different subjects together.2. Do some research on the transformation between geography coordinate system and Lambert coordinate system which belongs to the data layer based on WebGIS. The data that get from different sources have their own coordinate system. We need to do some transformations between them to let them match ultimately.3. Do some research on the problems of vector-raster data integration display and the three-dimensional visualization, which were encountered on the display layer based on WebGIS.Through the above researches, we carried out the modern service-oriented system based on WebGIS, developed a real estate marketing service platform. This platform utilized in real estate not only promotes the information and humanization of the sales and after-sales service, but also supplies the clients with a good buying experience. During constructing the after-sale support network query service platform based on WebGIS, we paid much more attention on the functions of the data processing and statistical analysis.
