Abstract


With the development of the enrolling number, the data for daily registry is increasing, too. And always we should goto classroom to enroll. Although this method directly,but result in blindness of the course enrollment and registry data processing of the heavy .In order to reduce the work registry ,and better each student to choose their own favorite subjects .This system is special for the on-line course choosing to design both from the aspect of the student and the teacher. The student can choose the course independently and the teacher can manage the information of the announcing course, also.After the review of the principle and deployment approach of web-based 3 layer system structure of Browser/Server model, the course-selection system requirement is specified in the thesis.The object and function of the system is also provided.The detailed database design is given,too.Even more, after discussed and researched safe access control of the system on a enterprise MIS level, a safer access control policy was taken. Following these,it sketches out the process of the development of the online course-slection system(OCSS),which based on above specification and design, and employing the ASP.NET and ADO.NET-based technology. For the tudents’convenient selecting courses,OCSS requipped with a dynamic management component. OCSS provides high performance, information management as quickly as possible, and safety.We adopt B/S structure to study and develop system towards selecting eleotive Courses system at presenl.We have used the following techiliques: Windows Server2003 , SQLServer2005 , ASP.NET , andADO.NET , which takes a databaseConjunction and operation,raising a database an operation consumedIy of the movement speed of efficiency and web server.The advantages of this system consist in easy operations,strong functions,nice extend capabilities,and it could be operated conveniently at a long distance, The experiment proved the technical plan weks.It will bring much convenience and security to the education management if used in the university’s network..
