Abstract


The development of multimedia and network technology provides a good on-line learning environment for us. Its various advantages and complete functions efficiently support the study activities of the learners. Based on the characteristics and function of the network environment, the on-line learners should have the basic qualities required by the on-line learning, so as to meet the requirement of the era of net-work and knowledge economy.Networks of contemporary society have a significant impact on changing the way we work, study methods and way of life. In particular, are entering the 21st century, the increasingly abundant network resources through the rapid development of network communication technology to books, libraries, teachers, students together. E-learning for its unique advantage of information delivery makes it just a learning tool, is also a kind of intermediary communicate. It can provide between students, between students and teachers to share resources and exchange of different points of view, the opportunity to view. Learners study the use of network resources-rich and fast information retrieval and query tools, a variety of communication tools such as independent access to the knowledge or cooperation, the network can also refer to technology as the main means of long-distance learning process. Network with independent study, interactive, open and creative features.Online education to traditional education has brought new challenges, related to the content of education, education or even the whole structure of education system. With the continuous development of information technology, change has been the traditional mode of education, the study means to a more diversified way. Distance learning via the Internet to communicate has become inevitable with. With the development and popularity of network technology, network teaching has emerged as these requires and played in an important role. This paper emphasizes the necessity of network teaching, discusses the influences that network teaching have on traditional teaching, analyses the relationship between network teaching and traditional teaching. How better does the use network study into the very important question. How to ensure the web-based learning quality has emerged as a new question.
