Abstract


On the basis of in-depth research of the power system emergency communications network status and actual demand , electricity emergency communications network framework with a 3 - layer structure and two data sharing center . Relying on the existing power system communication network resources to take full advantage of the wireless communications technology and satellite communications technologies , design emergency communications network between the provincial power companies and the municipal power company (substation ) . Through in-depth analysis of the various factors affecting the network invulnerability , design and simulation research node invulnerability , link and network invulnerability of invulnerability invulnerability measure indicators , emergency communications network anti- survivability quantitative analysis . Connectivity of network - based anti- survivability evaluation model . Using the evaluation model for comparative analysis of the invulnerability performance of the the electricity emergency communication network design and existing power emergency communications network . Network design simulation to study the key factors that affect electricity emergency communications network .
