Abstract


With the development of the world economic integration and the regional economic integration,all kinds of conference and display which are made up of commodity demonstrated,the transaction and the promotion economic cooperation develop rapidly.It can bring the inestimable social efficiency and the economic efficiency.So it becomes the important way of modern international economy cooperation and the exchange.At present,all countries’ governments think much of development of the EXPO.With the transferring of the world economic center to Asia,the international conference and the display host center is also shifting from Europe and America to the Asian and Pacific area.China is a great nation who has the vast tour resources,the abundant economic strength,the huge expense market has the most development tendency,and with China joining the WTO,the trade intercourse between China and various countries becomes frequently.All these provide rare historical opportunity to Chinese Convention & Exhibition development.How Chinese Convention & Exhibition cites use respective geographical superiority,Industrial superiority and so on to develop urban economy is essential.The development course of HeFei Convention & Exhibition is more than 20 years,it also had magnificent achievement and had founded many "first" in Chinese Convention & Exhibition industry.The project number of the Convention & Exhibition of HeFei from little to many,the scale from infancy to maturity,the subject from solely arrives diversely,the type from synthesizes specialized.It is gradually mature,becoming a new luminescent spot in the city national economy. But at the present,HeFei Convention & Exhibition industry and ShangHai,BeiJing, GuangZhou’s disparity is more and more big,the distance between us and many promising youths,like KunMing,NingBo,ChengDu and so on original platoon behind us is actually getting smaller,even also surpass us in certain aspects.So HeFei must act according to own characteristic,let Convention & Exhibition industry,tour industry and other industries develop mutually.Basing on these above,it’s extremely essential to research the developmental strategy of HeFei Convention & Exhibition industry.This paper introduces the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis study the strategy of industry of Convention & Exhibition of HeFei.In the quantitative analysis,the paper analyses the correlation between HeFei Convention & Exhibition industrial and other industrial.The paper also makes a SWOT matrix analysis about HeFei Convention & Exhibition,summarizing concrete strategic implementation strategy.
