With the rapid development of the Internet in China , the emerging e-commerce model , e-commerce customer to customer (C2C) is also our quietly rising increasingly showing the scale . Provide convenient services for consumers at the same time , due to the virtual network and open and participants credit the uncertainty caused credit crisis has gradually become one of the bottlenecks that hinder its development . This article through the study of relevant literature and practice survey , the use of system analysis , theory and practice of combining research methods that currently C2C e-commerce development in China is the lack of a reasonable and effective credit system to ensure that the elements of the credit system , such as website security system , third-party agencies , national system of legal environment , there is the obvious lack of hidden credit crisis resulting in China 's C2C e-commerce field . Therefore , construct a reasonable and effective credit system will have a significant role in promoting the healthy development of China 's C2C e-commerce . Research ideas and results of this paper are as follows : from the empirical analysis of several major factors , to build China 's C2C e-commerce credit system and theoretically explore the problem of the application of the system on the platform level . Article as the basis of a comprehensive trust model , combined with China 's C2C e-commerce practical , set the index system built by the credit system , credit system construction of China 's C2C e-commerce model , and the analytic hierarchy process is the introduction of empirical research , the conclusions of this study provide a theoretical and data support . Ultimately, the development of China 's C2C e-commerce credit improvement suggestions . The results of this research will improve the credit level , and e-commerce development of of domestic C2C e-commerce transactions have certain reference value .
