According to the theory professor Weng, Junyi mentioned in "Business model innovation", we firstly discuss the pressure experiencing by telecommunication industry due to the historical changing in developing macroenvironment, as well as the technology transforms; Secondly, this paper defines the basic concept and characteristic of business model, and extracts that telecommunication industry transforms from basic telecom provider to comprehensive information operator is necessary due to the influence that the changing of platform and industry environment as well as internet industry brought to it. Furthermore, according to the two key china telecom’s products "BizNavigator" and "Best Tone", we consider this brand new value for idea of comprehensive information provider. Moreover, we introduce VOIP, P2P and IPTV, and also propose the key value of the new business model. The fusion network is the technical base. In the entire transformation network, it is a must to make full use of cash flow which earn from the mature products. We discussed 3 vital points in this paper: the way to control and manage the techniques, such as P2P; and the way to earn the long-term profits from products, such as IPTV; as well as the way to make them benefit and become the key support in the fusion network. In sum, in the light of actual cases, we analyzed the practical problems and stresses, which we believe will be faced in the future.
