Abstract


Report of 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:Promoting Vigorous Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture.Stimulate cultural innovation and enhance the vitality of cultural development.We must deepen cultural restructuring and improve the policies for supporting nonprofit cultural programs,developing the cultural industry and encouraging cultural innovation,so as to create favorable conditions for producing fine works,outstanding personnel and good results.We must vigorously develop the cultural industry,create a thriving cultural market and enhance the industry’s international competitiveness.Our party and our country is placing increasing emphasis on the development of Chinese cultural industry.The understanding of the important status and role that developed the cultural industry is become increasingly clear.Cultural industry has become the pillar of modern economy,important point of mark of comprehensive national strength of a country and a new growth national economy.Cultural industry has a bright outlook in China.However,cultural industrialization of our country has just started aider all,how to know its development trend,meaning and current situation characteristic,how to deal with the relationship of cultural industrialization and cultural undertakings,how to adopt the correct countermeasure to lead,standardize the development of culture industrialization.These all become the important issue that we must studying, dealing with and solving.The present paper first of all begins from analysis of the theories of culture’industry, including concept、feature、factor、function;The secondly,the present paper states china’s cultural development’s historical process.By way of related literature review about china’s cultural development’s process,it is expected to retrace its developmental vein.Then,it focuses on outlining the features of cultural development and discussing the problems and is hoped to master the present developmental situation and predict its future tendency.The thirdly,the present paper analyse reasons of the problems;In the last part of the paper,based on analyzing cultural development’s history all around,the present characteristics and its future orientation some countermeasures on how to promote china’s cultural development are put forward.The countermeasures are mainly from these aspects of liberalizatiori and innovation of concepts,innovation of cultural system and institution,teaching of culture corporation,law of system,national cultural safety.
