Abstract


Under the society background of particular historic culture and consume,Hangzhou have established a series of ten Cultural Creative Industrial Parks such as Canal World cultural Creative park、West Lake Creative Valley、Zhijiang cultural Creative Industrial park,and Creative Liangzhu Base,and in which,the cultural creative industry is related to the design elements, the support of high innovation,individual creativity,emphasis on the support of culture arts in economic,and promotes new ideas,thoughts and economic practices.Therefore,We need to pay attention to research and development、configuration、integration and use of design resources, and to promote an environment-friendly cultural creative industries in order to save resources and reduce wastes.In this paper,the use of the methods of theoretical analysis、questionnaire survey and observation,respectively to carry out discourse and comparative study on the Ten cultural and creative industrial park’s design resourses.By leveraging the environment、culture、industry、market and human resources advantages at Hangzhou,make full use of local design resources, properly guide and nurture cultural creative industries and design industries,market and consumer’s demand、design art education and employment closely integrated,to change people’s thinking,to develop creative thinking ability,to constantly sum up experience,This Will contribute to cultural and creative staff、Artists、designers and associated personnel to know and understand the development of cultural and creative industries context,to taste for creative culture、to experience creative life、to enjoy endless joy.In a word,Hangzhou,the development of cultural and creative industries need to rely on optimization、integration、configuration and the use of design resources,to Improve efficiency, guide people to create a more innovative,healthier and more scientific works,enhance design quality,to create a "Hangzhou Design" brand.full of endless creative capacity of human capital will be translated into the high value-added economic benefits,to promote industrial upgrading,to promote the development of cultural and creative industries and design industries in Hangzhou.
