Abstract


Reform and opening up the past three decades,China’s media industry has got rapid development,while the managers also continue to explore the media industry mode of operation for China’s socialist market economy.Beacause of the increasing competition at home and abroad,it is difficult for the media industry reling solely on their own accumulated to become bigger and stronger rapidly,so the media industry begins to look into the capital markets,opening the era of the media market.In this paper,we choose some listed companies in the media industry as the research object,and collect the relevant financial data about the operating conditions as much detail as possible.And then,we use the method of performance analysis and case analysis to analies the business conditions and the existence problem of listed companies in the media industry from the perspective of media economics,and try to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve defects.The media industry has always been a special industry.The media listed companies, as a special product by listed companies combined with the media industry,face a lot of problems:the edit business and operating of the media listed companies are separated; there is no a clear line between the functions of the government and enterprises; enterprise benefit and country benefit are Inconsistent At certain times and we should make the companies diversified or not and so on.Because of these problems,we put forward specific recommendations which are operational.Government should improve the media listed industry specific policies;The enterprises should be seperated from the government and be self-management;we can learn something from foreign listed companies,which divide the stocks into two parts—management stocks and business stocks;About the diversified questions,the media listed companies should focus on core business,and make the companies diversification according to the specific circumstances of their own.Through the joint efforts and collaboration of government and business,China’s media listed companies will get stable and healthy development.
