Abstract


This paper focus on toll staff of Anhui traffic communication Corporation Group (ATCG). According to characters of Toll Staff of ATCP,Samples of survey is confirmed to represent the all of the toll staff, with interview and questionnaire, All needs of tollstaff of ATCG is surveyed. Analysis on these Data from Survey, some improved Motivation is suggested. These study would play important role in improving Enthusiasm、Creativity and enterprise, enhance the cohesive force of toll staff of ATCG.With SPSS software, all data from survey is counted and analyzed. The character of needs of toll staff is obtained. The overall strength of the need is greater for toll staff, the needs which is satisfied is relatively low. Inspire hope on Salaries and other benefits are important to improving working quality of toll staff.For the result as described as above, Motivation Suggestions on Anhui traffic communication Corporation Group (ATCG) is recommended. These suggestions include: protect the work stability of toll staff to provide staff to meet the needs of the extent of survival. Employees concerned about the "growing demand" for the Career Planning staff increased multi-channel access to achieve the growth of demand for staff. Smooth flow of communication up and down mechanism would be build. Setting up Regulations to meet the relationship between the needs of toll staff. The reform on staff salaries and other benefits would greatly enhance the enthusiasm of toll staff.
