Abstract


With the constant improvement of China's socialist market economic system , the real estate industry is becoming more and more important in the national economy . However , because of its inherent particularity , the real estate determines the long cycle , large investment and complex factors other investment characteristics of real estate investment , these characteristics determine the real estate investment is a high risk investment activities . How to identify and evaluate these risks , and to guard against these risks is an urgent need to address the problems faced by real estate investors .
