Abstract


Along with electric power development in China,power project cost management shown its important role increasingly. Power project cost management has a strong theoretical and practical value.The relevant theory of power project cost management is explained at first, then this paper summers up four stages of power project cost management .The paper analysis of the current power project cost management problems for four different stages of cost management, as well as the impact factors of power project cost. Finally, the improved measures are proposed to control power project cost.
