Abstract


Based on the depth analysis of 2×600MW Power Units in Southeastern of Shanxi, the paper pre-evaluation the project. At first, the paper analyzed the power demand in Shanxi and Southeastern of Shanxi in order to confirm the construction necessity of the project, then the external environment has been analyzed in order to ensure the suitability, and the main land, the project has been evaluated from technical, financial and environment. At last, we can conclusion that the project satisfies the demand from several aspects.
